IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ACE PRESS WEB SITE'S TERMS & CONDITIONS AND APPLICABLE LAWS, OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO AGREE OR ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE ACE PRESS WEBSITE.

MODIFICATION OF THE WEB SITE TERMS:
Ace Press reserves the right to modify or change the Web Site Terms from time to time. The right to modify, change or amend the Web Site Terms is within the sole and exclusive discretion of Ace Press.
Ace Press will post the new terms and date on it’s website. Any changes, amendments or modifications will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms.
By agreeing to these Web Site Terms you are also agreeing that the posting of any such changes constitutes notice to you of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Web Site Terms each time you visit or use or order from this website.
If you do not agree with any change, amendment or modification, you may not order any product from our website and you are no longer be eligible to use Ace Press website or order products or services. If your account is closed for any reason, you are still responsible for payment of jobs already competed or in production.

REGISTRATION:
To order products and services it will be necessary for you to open and register an account with Ace Press.  You are required to read and acknowledge our terms and conditions before opening the account and registration.
You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself or your company while updating and maintaining your account information so that it remains accurate and current as requested during the registration process.
You will be required to create a User ID and choose a Password. You are responsible for all activities under your User ID and Password. If you believe your User ID and password has been compromised in any way you should immediately change it. You agree that you will immediately notify Ace Press in the event you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user ID and password.
In the event that Ace Press determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in violation of the Web Site Terms Ace Press may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED CONTENTS:
You understand and agree and warrant that you are solely responsible for all "Customer Content" that you electronically upload or summit (all data, text, graphics, Art, photographs, messages or other materials) to Ace Press for print process.
You warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, arts, graphics, photographs, etc., you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Ace Press and its directors, officers, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, and all printing partners, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Ace Press in defending against such suit, demand or claim, demands or
claims arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgments or settlements offer resulting from any such suits and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Ace Press and its directors, officers, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, and all printing partners in defending against such suits, claims or demands.
Customer Content uploaded to the Website for printing will be kept on file for a period of up to Fifteen (15) days. At the end of that time it may be deleted. Customer Content uploaded to Ace Press is only for re-print purposes during that15 day’s period.
You agree that you will not upload or transmit to Ace Press any material that, is unlawful, invades another person's privacy, or further conceals a crime, breaks any laws of the United States, copyright material that does not belong to you or you do not have permission to copy, contains viruses, trojans, malware, any harmful or malicious computer codes, or would interfere with or disrupt the services and production of Ace Press and Ace Press printing partners.
You acknowledge that Ace Press does not pre screen Customer Content, but that Ace Press reserves the right to do so at any time. Ace Press and its affiliates shall have the right but not the obligation in their sole discretion to remove any Customer Content and or to refuse to print jobs or orders that violate these Web Site Terms. You further acknowledge and agree that Ace Press may preserve and disclose Customer Content if required to do so by law or comply with a legal process to enforce these Web Site Terms as responding to claims that the Customer Content violates the rights of third parties, to protect the rights, personal safety and property of Ace Press, its employees, users and the public, affiliates and our printing partners.

USE OF DESIGN TOOLS:
The design tools available on this Website are made available to all users of the Website. In the event you create a design, sign or logo, you do not have any right or claim to any of the individual design elements made available through this Web site that enabled the creation of the design, and these design elements are and will continue to be the property of Ace Press or Ace Press affiliates partners or the licensor if applicable and will remain freely available to other Ace Press customers. Your use of the Site Content or the creation of products or materials’ does not create joint ownership, partnership, works made for hire or any interest of any kind with Ace Press.

UPLOAD CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:
We recommend that content uploaded to Ace Press for print services should be At a minimum of 300 DPI at ratio of 100%. Content or artwork that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or distorted and Ace Press does not accept any responsibility for it. We reserve the right to reject content or artwork that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.

All Designed files uploaded to Ace Press should be in CMYK with no embedded color profile. You may upload in RGB, however, the color will be converted to CMYK and Ace Press is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion.
Ace Press will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order, because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, Ace Press is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs RGB images with black, near black or gray tones. UV coating may have an effect and change the appearance of printed colors. Ace Press is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.
We reserve the right to print rush orders on our digital presses
Ace Press DOES NOT make any changes to customer files.

ORDERS TURNAROUND TIME:
Ace Press's standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered, if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for you print order.
Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.
For your convenience, depending on the product ordered, Ace Press offers a variety of different production turnaround times. Turnaround times are different for every product and the available turnaround times will be listed with product as part of the order process. 
Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 10:00 a.m. will be treated as if it was received on the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE:
NO Pick up is available for online Design Orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
A print order can be canceled prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering to the production an Ace Press Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred.
A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter.
Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded amount to be credited to your account.

OVER AND UNDER RUNS:
Ace Press reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is necessary we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run. If an exact quantity is absolutely needed please contact Ace Press customer service representatives.

 PAYMENT:
“All product and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order”.
All prices on Ace Press’s Website are in United States dollars. Ace Press presently accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.
For you to order products and services from Ace Press it is necessary to provide a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. This may affect your estimated delivery date.

DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS:
Our online coupons or any other discounts cannot be used towards any printing purchases using our Design and Print Online software. Discounts have already been applied to those prices.

"Ace Press," is a registered trademark of Eden us Corporation and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Eden Us Corporation T/A Ace Press.
Copyright Ownership of Ace Press Web Site, the Website layout and design, and all Website page HTML, XHTML, Java, Java script, other code files, software layout, designs, forms, text, graphics, templates, artwork, photographs, images, sounds, and all other information, are the property of Ace Press or of those parties from whom Ace Press has licensed.

Such information could potentially be subject to interception or alteration by third parties and it is not possible for Ace Press to guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.
